This was definitely one of the strangest things I've made. Certainly the epitome of a college dinner. I didn't have much to work with and I was starving. I really like onions too, so I decided to throw some of those in with the chicken.
Anywho, the only ingredients needed are:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 chicken tenders
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
As much onion as you desire
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
Put the onions in a preheated skillet.
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Whisk up the egg.
Put some chicken pieces in the egg.
Transfer to the breadcrumbs.
Put the chicken into a preheated skillet on medium heat.
Cook about 4-5 minutes per side.
Flip!
Add the chicken to the onion skillet, or vice versa.
Serve!
I thought abut making something else to go along with this meal, but decided I wasn't in the mood. It was pretty good. I actually added some dressing to mine because the chicken was a little bland. It would have been delicious with some pasta and a nice sauce!
