Baked Potato

This is so easy to make. I was craving french fries one night but did not want to put the effort in to make them. I remembered this recipe I had seen on Pinterest, of course. It is so simple, and so delicious. It takes a little long to bake, but totally worth it.

All you need is:
A potato
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Ketchup (optional)
Anything else you choose to add

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Slice the potato thinly, width wise.

When you're done slicing, place on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Pour with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

I chose to use garlic salt. Sprinkle salt and pepper or garlic salt on top.

Bake for 40 minutes, enjoy!

Delicious! I dipped it in ketchup and it was better than french fries. Not too unhealthy for you, if you avoid using too much oil. It does not need much, most of what I poured over the potato fell onto the aluminum foil anyway. Just enough so it doesn't burn! I will definitely be making this again in the future!
