My sister gave me this really simple recipe, and it is very delicious. Back to the four ingredient trend for this one. It is extremely easy to prepare and cooks very fast. I made this for just myself. The ingredients are just a guideline, you can add as much or as little as you'd like! Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees.
The only ingredients needed are:
1/4 pound cod fish (or any white fish)
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup or so of French's Fried Onions, or onion salad topping
Sprinkle of dill weed
Place the fish in a greased pan.
Drizzle the mustard on top.
Spread the mustard around.
Add the onions.
Sprinkle the dill weed & cook for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
This is probably the most simple recipe I have made so far. It is so good, I will definitely be making it again. I put a few too many onions on top, and the burned a little bit. Be careful not to overcook the fish, otherwise it won't be tender.
