Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

I saw this recipe on Pinterest, per ususal. I decided to try it out, but in stead of using sour cream, I used greek yogurt. I have fallen in love with my Crockpot. It's insane how simple it is to use, and everything has come out very well so far! I modified the original recipe a little bit, I made a lot less than it suggested and I used less stuffing and cream of chicken than suggested.

Anyway, the ingredients for this are as follows:
6 chicken tenders (3/4 pound or so)
1 can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
3 ounces chicken stuffing mix
1/2 cup greek yogurt

Place the chicken in the bottom of Crockpot, and put the 3 ounces of stuffing on top.

Mix the soup, the yogurt, and a 1/4 cup of water in a bowl. (Because I modified the recipe, I did not use this whole mixture.)

Pour the mixture over the stuffing and chicken.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours.

Fluff the stuffing, and enjoy!

This recipe came out pretty well. I did add some garlic salt to it, and that enhanced the flavor quite a bit. I would recommend seasoning the chicken first before placing it in the Crockpot. I may also add some vegetable the next time I make it. Overall it was very good!
